Live Music and Local Bazaar
An afternoon of live music and a local bazaar on the GROU Coral Gables terrace, with a duo playing keys and vocals while neighbors shopped and had coffee.
GROU turned its covered terrace into a small stage and a market at the same time. A duo on keys and vocals played through the afternoon while people sat on the benches and at the outdoor tables, some staying for a full set, others stopping on their way past.
Alongside the music, local vendors set up their stands so the crowd could browse between songs. Dogs included: the terrace is open air and the neighborhood brings them along.
These afternoons are free and open to anyone walking by, which is the point of doing them outside on the sidewalk rather than behind a door.
Want to host something like this? GROU opens its Coral Gables space to community meetups, panels, workshops and pop-ups. Ask about events and catering, book a room at GROU Cowork, or see what is next on our events calendar.
